Garden Appeal

Help the Hospice Garden Grow

The Hospice garden has always been an important place of relaxation and healing for our patients and their families. A beautiful, calm place to spend precious time with loved ones.

Recent building work at the Hospice has meant we've lost some areas of garden and gained others. All this disruption means we need to redesign and rejuvenate our garden.

What's Needed?

Hard landscaping like new paths, lighting, garden furniture and paving are all included on our wish list.

The central garden has been redesigned as a beautiful courtyard, with paths wide enough to accommodate bed bound patients, a fragrant planting scheme and secluded seating areas. A shady corner will be transformed into a Japanese style seating area with bamboo and gently trickling water.

How You Can Help

Whatever you can give will help return our garden to it's former glory, our target is £30,000 which enable us to transform the Hospice gardens.

Remember A Loved One

Every donation made towards the Martlets Garden may be dedicated in memory of a loved one. All the gifts received can be recorded in the Book of Garden Gifts which will be on display at the Hospice.

Everyone who makes a donation to this appeal will be invited to our garden party this summer, so you'll be able to see firsthand how you have helped to transform our garden.

How to Donate

You can make a donation online, by post or call Claire in the Fundraising Office on 01237 747455 ext 8.
