Our Day Hospice opened in 1997, 6 months after the Hospice itself was open to the public.
The Day Hospice offered patients an introduction to hospice care, they could visit once a week and receive specialist clinical care as well as invaluble peer support.
Sadly, in October 2011, we announced that due to falling income and a worsening economic situation we were forced to make the decision to close our Day Hospice.
